Job Responsibilities:
∎ As a Client Service Executive in a digital marketing firm, your job responsibilities would typically include:
∎ Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients by providing excellent customer service and support.
∎ Understanding clients' business goals, target audiences, and brand image to create effective digital marketing strategies and campaigns.
∎ Developing and presenting proposals, pitches, and reports to clients, communicating the value of digital marketing services and solutions.
∎ Collaborating with other departments (such as creative, social media, and SEO teams) to develop and execute marketing campaigns that meet clients' needs and objectives.
∎ Ensuring that campaigns are delivered on time and within budget, managing project timelines and budgets, and tracking performance metrics to measure success.
∎ Providing regular updates to clients on campaign performance and analytics, analyzing data to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
∎ Managing client expectations and ensuring that their needs are met by acting as a liaison between the client and internal teams.
∎ Identifying and pursuing opportunities for account growth, cross-selling, and up selling additional digital marketing services to clients.
∎ Keeping up-to-date with industry trends, news, and best practices to stay ahead of the competition and provide innovative ideas and solutions to clients.
∎ Assisting with new business development and proposal writing to win new clients and grow the agency's business.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 18 years

Salary:
∎ Tk. 15000 - 20000 (Monthly)
∎ Commission target basis
