ESDO is one of the most dynamic organizations expanding its development interventions across 331 upazilas under 51 districts of Bangladesh covering over 10 million poor and vulnerable people.
∎ We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Civil Engineer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing and managing civil construction projects from start to finish, ensuring that all work is completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards. The Civil Engineer will work closely with architects, project managers, and construction workers to ensure that all aspects of the project are completed successfully.
∎ ESDO is inviting applications from interested qualified candidates for the position.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Manage and oversee civil construction projects from conception to completion.
∎ Develop project plans, schedules, and budgets, and ensure that all project stakeholders are kept informed of progress.
∎ Coordinate with architects and other engineers to ensure that all project designs meet required specifications and standards.
∎ Prepare and review engineering plans, designs, and specifications for construction projects.
∎ Conduct on-site inspections and quality control checks to ensure that all work is completed to the required quality standards.
∎ Ensure compliance with local building codes and regulations.
∎ Oversee and manage the work of construction workers and subcontractors, ensuring that they are working to schedule and within budget.
∎ Ensure that all project documentation is complete, accurate, and up-to-date.
∎ Collaborate with project managers to ensure that all project milestones are met and that projects are delivered on time and within budget.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 45 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ This position is based in Thakurgaon, but the candidate is willing to work anywhere in Bangladesh.
∎ Minimum of 5 years of experience in civil construction project management.
∎ Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
∎ Excellent communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
∎ Strong attention to detail and quality control.
∎ Knowledge of local building codes and regulations.
∎ Proficient in AutoCAD, Microsoft Office, and other construction-related software.
∎ Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
∎ Willing to drive Motorcycle and should have valid driving license

Salary: Negotiable
