Educational Requirements:
∎ Graduates in photography, Film, Journalism or relevant field from any reputed university
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ The Job holder will perform the following responsibilities in accordance with ESDO policies and the departmental procedures:
∎ Develop content strategy aligned with short & long term event management or social programs
∎ Writing, editing, and proofreading in both English & Bengali
∎ Writing original copy for ads, websites, video documentary scripts, etc.
∎ Create content, copies or captions according to organization & donor requirements
∎ Provide editorial, creative and technical support to team members.
∎ Identifying gaps in our content and recommending new topics
∎ Coordinate with project/program/cluster chief and design teams to illustrate articles
∎ Follow ESDO-related news and generate ideas around trending topics
∎ Review and update published content as needed
∎ Product Photography.
∎ Beauty shot photography.
∎ Knowledge in studio lighting.
∎ Photo retouching skill by using Photoshop.
∎ Generate new ideas to shoot products.
∎ Knowledge in contemporary Photography & advertising trends.
∎ Have an open mindset to learn and accept the new trends of the industry.
∎ Handle the youtube channel & social page of the organization
∎ Able to work under pressure.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 35 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ At least 5 years experience in Photography and admin social media page an Advertising Agency or NGOs.
∎ If more experience age may be relaxed.
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Proven work experience as a Youtuber.
∎ Excellent Bilingual (English & Bengali) writing and verbal communication skills.
∎ Excellent PC skills, utilizing Office Applications Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
∎ Expertise with web/internet/designing.
∎ Familiarity with keyword research tools
∎ Written and verbal communication skills
∎ Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, multitasking
∎ Familiarity with the legal issues related to the content strategy in order to avoid copyright infringement, plagiarism, and so on.
Salary: Tk. 20000 - 25000 (Monthly)
