• Proven documentary work experience (portfolio is mandatory).
• Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
• Strong working knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Premiere Pro, and Adobe After Effects.
• Proficiency in Google Ads and Facebook Marketing.
• Solid understanding of e-commerce platforms and operations.
• Basic knowledge of Laravel web design along with fundamental SEO concepts.
• Familiarity with AI tools and AI-driven workflows will be considered an advantage.

• Set up and operate camera, lighting, and sound equipment for professional video shoots.

• Edit and produce short-form and long-form video content for Facebook and YouTube using Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, and CapCut.

• Ensure high-quality color correction, balanced audio, and smooth storytelling in every video.

• Design images, creatives, and posts for Facebook pages and Google Ads using Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator.

• Manage and optimize Google Ads, Facebook Marketing campaigns, and Boosted Posts.

• Handle product uploads, order processing, and overall management of the e-commerce website.

• Use raw footage to create fully polished videos, including color grading, sound design, motion graphics, transitions, subtitles, and visual effects.

• Monitor and analyze page growth, audience engagement, and lead generation performance across all digital platforms.
