Job Context:
∎ Contract Period: 6 months (Can be extend up to 1 year)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Child Protection officer will lead the program and implementation of the Child Protection component under Rohingya Response Program.
∎ The Child Protection Officer will provide support on protection, including strengthening of interventions on case management, CFS, psychosocial support and community mobilization.
∎ The role will also provide day-to-day management, supervision, guidance the staff, facilitators and volunteers.
∎ Ensure quality service for children, adolescents and care givers as per humanitarian and organizational standard.
∎ Proper checking and maintenance of assets, register books, stationeries with mannered way.
∎ Regular visitation of activity, prepare reports on status of the project implementation, identifying operational issues, and recommend appropriate solutions
∎ Establish and maintain professional liaison with related sector and authority
∎ Position holder will represent GNB attending regularly in meeting
∎ He/She will report weekly, bi-weekly, monthly or need base report.
∎ Prepare plan for staff capacity building, develop plan for achievement in given timeframe.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 28 to 40 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Minimum 6 months in the mentioned field (experience with only evidence and relevance will count)
∎ Minimum age 28 years and maximum age 40 years (as on 30 September 2019)
∎ Sound knowledge and understanding of child protection policies and humanitarian principles
∎ Have practical experience in humanitarian related work.
∎ Good communication skills.
∎ Experience working with communities.
∎ Can follow the working plan and program stratagies
∎ Must know Chitagangiya/Rohingya language.
∎ Committed to GNB Core Values and Mission
∎ He/she will represent GNB attending regularly in different meeting
Salary: Tk. 37000 - 42000 (Monthly)
