Job Context:

Tokyo Development Engineers Ltd. is Looking for the following vacant positions for an immediate appointment to its Project Office.  

Responsibilities:

• As a security In-charge to carry out the overall security of the Project.     
• Regular inspection of security and sensitive points of the project.      
• Monitoring whether security personnel are performing their duties properly.      
• Ensure correct implantation of security/safety procedures.     
• Maintain discipline in all production areas regarding safety & security.     
• Report to the authorities about the total security conditions of the project every week.      
• Coordinate with the Management and staff to implement the Security Policy, rules & regulations.     
• Necessary gate passes during entry and exit of goods from the office, ensuring proper documenting of consignments.      
• To maintain a contract with the local Police Station, Fire Station & other local authorities.    
• Able to make proper and effective duty roster for security.   
• Ensuring proper distribution of duty as per roster of guards.    
• Conduct various training and security development matters for the security team.    
• Any other official duties assigned by management.
