Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 15 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Finance/ Accounts
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Group of Companies

Job Responsibilities:
∎ To lead the Finance & Accounts team of all the companies of the Group
∎ Assist the Management & Project budget for the Group.
∎ Oversee, review, and adhere to the budgets for each company under the Group.
∎ Ensure that all of the company's financial practices are in line of regulations.
∎ Interpret complex financial information and provide updates and information as needed to the management.
∎ Supervise cash flow, accounts, and other financial transactions.
∎ Supervise financial assistants and other employees in the facilitation of day-to-day operations, including tracking financial data, imports, invoicing, payroll, etc.
∎ Supervise & Guide to develop JV Management Account report on a monthly and annual basis.
∎ Supervise & Guide to develop Management Account reports on a monthly and annual basis.
∎ Seek out methods and practices to minimize financial risk.
∎ Conduct Internal Audit.
∎ Supervise TAX & VAT return in accordance of the management of the company.
∎ Contract External Auditors to ensure periodic audit for internal or external use.s
∎ Create and maintain relationships with service providers and contractors, including banking institutions and accountants.
∎ Update and implement financial policies and procedures.
∎ Maintain a policy manual for the finance department.
∎ Work with human resources employees to secure candidates who will be an asset to the finance department.
∎ Establish and implement a training program for new finance employees.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 45 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ 3 years holding top position in accounts preferably in privately operated Power Plant.
