Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible to manage all commercial activities (e.g. issuance of PI, L/C open, amendment/correction, shipment, negotiation, payment realization, release etc.)
∎
∎ Communicate with bank for loan, PRC and import L/C at a competitive price.
∎
∎ Maintain proper liaison with concerned agencies, trade bodies, banks, shipping line, C&F agents, transport agents, insurance companies, Customs & VAT department etc.
∎
∎ Guide & follow up of import L/C and ensure proper HS code for timely clearance from customs and save additional cost.
∎
∎
∎ Negotiate with bank for preferential exchange rate for import.
∎
∎ Follow up annual import entitlement with customs bond.
∎
∎ Assign, guide, train & follow-up various task among team members and cross departmental personnel's for smooth commercial operations.
∎
∎ Closely follow up all commercial process execution timely and cost effectively.
∎
∎ Follow up and maintain commercial reports related to import activities and inform reporting supervisor as required.
∎
∎ Any other job assign time to time by the management.
