Educational Requirements:
∎ Master of Business Studies (MBS) in Accounting; Finance
∎ University of Dhaka,Rajshahi University,Khulna University,National University,Jahangirnagar University students will get preference
∎ Preferred Professional Certification: FCA,FCMA
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 8 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Able to work under pressure, Accounting and Finance, ERP, IAS and IFRS, Management Information System, Multi tasking ability
Job Context:
∎ We are looking for an experienced Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to perform effective risk management and plan the organization`s financial strategy.
∎ The Candidate must be well-versed in all aspects of financial management ranging from simple accounting to broad investment and banking operations and will be an excellent leader since all relative departments of the organization will be under his supervision.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Maintain financial operation, accounting & reporting, crafting, and developing internal control systems.
∎ Understand taxation policy and lead tax planning for the organization to gain maximum tax benefits with adherence to compliance.
∎ Understand financial laws, tax implications, regulatory mechanisms around investments, and take decisions for necessary action to save cost, maximize gain, develop and monitor control systems designed to preserve company assets and report accurate financial results.
∎ Run the accounting process in international (especially complying with Korean and Bangladesh standards) standards and successfully face local and international audits.
∎ Provides support for business growth in a compliant way.
∎ Managing all government offices (VAT, Tax, customs, RJSC, etc.) properly and confidently.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 33 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Must be an FCA/FCMA (Mandatory)
∎ Minimum 5 years' Experience in local corporations (for handling customs, Tax, VAT offices)
∎ Experiences in Korean (or East Asian) concern will be added value.
∎ Sound knowledge and experience in KIFRS/ IFRS/ IAS
Salary: Negotiable
