Experience Requirements

* At least 5 years in senior management or leadership position.* Experience with international ship management companies will be highly preferred.* Strong understanding of international maritime regulations and compliance systems.* Experience in dealing with foreign principals and international clients.

Required skills

* Excellent leadership and organizational abilities.* Strong communication and negotiation skills.* Strategic planning and business development capability.* Financial and operational management expertise

* Lead and manage the overall operations and strategic direction of the company.

* Develop international business relationships with ship owners, charterers, maritime agencies, and global partners.

* Ensure compliance with international maritime regulations including IMO, ISM Code, MLC, SOLAS, and MARPOL requirements.

* Supervise technical, crewing, commercial, finance, and operational departments.

* Develop business growth strategies for ship management and maritime services.

* Maintain high standards of safety, quality assurance, and environmental compliance.

* Represent the company at international maritime conferences, meetings, and negotiations.

* Prepare annual business plans, budgets, and operational policies.

* Build and lead a professional management team.

* Ensure profitability, operational efficiency, and client satisfaction.
