∎ Master in any discipline with 10 years' experience in higher level position or Bachelor of Science or Engineering with 15 years' experience in a higher-level position. Knowledge and skills in IT are essential.

Job Context:
∎ Bangladesh Association of Software & Information Service (BASIS) with the support of Skills for Employee Investment Program (SEIP) is implementing BASIS-SEIP Project. This is a two year long project which needs 13 employees in different levels.
∎ Skill for Employee Investment Program (SEIP) is a project of Finance Division, Ministry of Finance, and Government of Bangladesh.
∎ Address: BDBL Bhaban (3rd Floor - East), 12 Kawran Bazar, Dhaka -1215.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Carry out Skill Development activities as agreed in the business plan between BASIS & SDCMU, SEIP.
∎ Supervise and Provide guidance to coordinators & other PIU staff
∎ Report SDCMU regularly on course-wise & institute-wise progress of training program financial status and operation of PIU
∎ Apprise SEIP-BASIS Standing Committee about the progress of training programs
∎ Ensure that key staff of implementation unit (PIU, SEIP-BASIS) are productive in terms of service delivery
∎ Achieve enrolment, quality training completion and job placement targets
∎ Ensure course curricula/standards and relevant learning materials for quality of training program, assessment and certification
∎ Make expenditure with due diligence Keep liaise with SDCMU-SEIP for timely receiving of the grants
∎ Facilitate external auditing, physical verifications and submission of periodical report on financial, training and placements
∎ Visit the training industries/center regularly and ensure the training implementation as per Business Plan
∎ Act as the custodian of the properties of Implementation Unit (PIU) of SEIP-BASIS
∎ Perform any other tasks assigned by SDCMU and Standing Committee of SEIP-BASIS
Salary: Negotiable
