Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Oversee Daily Operations: Manage and supervise the day-to-day Academic activities of the company, ensuring smooth functioning and efficiency.
∎ Team Management: Lead and motivate a team of employees, delegating tasks and providing guidance and support.
∎ Process Improvement: Identify areas for improvement in Academic processes and implement strategies to enhance efficiency and productivity.
∎ Problem Solving: Address Academic issues and challenges promptly, finding effective solutions and minimizing disruptions.
∎ Quality Control: Ensure that all products and services meet the highest quality standards.
∎ Cost Management: Monitor and control Academic costs to ensure profitability.
∎ Compliance: Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and industry standards.
∎ Reporting: Prepare and submit regular reports on Academic performance to the management.
∎ Customer Satisfaction: Foster positive relationships with fellow teachers, officers, customers and ensure their satisfaction with the company's products and services.
