Responsibilities & Context:
Preparing recipe and Annexure for submission to Drugs Administration.
To develop new strategies for assigned products as per the changing needs of the market.
Raising requisition of raw and packaging materials for new products as per determined specification.
Undertaking production of lab batch, pilot batch, stability batch, trial batch, and scale up batch of new products·
Reviewing formulation of existing products based on product or market complaints, stability related problems or cost saving need.
Stability sample coordination. Analysis, Productivity & Sample management. Stability sample reconciliation & monitoring.
Preparation of WRS, TS, VS, indicator and Standardization of VS.
To perform QC Instrument operation & Calibration (HPLC, GC, TOC, UV, FTIR etc.).
To perform Analytical Method Validation / Verification.
Scheduling, Planning, performing and review of QC validation activities
