∎ 5 to 8 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Preparation and production of all traditional food according to the specialty cuisine.
∎ Maintains food preparation according to recipes and plate presentation standards.
∎ Maintains all operating items at established par stock level.
∎ In-charge of storage of all materials as well checking newly received goods.
∎ Ensuring efficient management of goods, produce and minimizing wastage.
∎ Ensuring your Kitchen section is properly organized, staffed and directed.
∎ Ordering required food and equipment daily to satisfy the production plan.
∎ Providing decisive leadership and on the job training to Kitchen team members.
∎ Executing and supervising food production, packing & tray-set activities.
∎ Preparing complex meals or dishes to specifications provided (including dietaries).
∎ Monitoring and ensuring KPI compliance across the business, including recipe specifications, HACCP audit and Food Safety standards.
∎ Monitoring and controlling labour, food costs and shrinkage to budget.
∎ Participating in the development of food products and menus as needed for customer menu presentations.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Proven 5-8 years of working experience as professional Chef in a 4 / 5-star category International chain hotels or individual restaurants with high standards.
∎ School degree in Culinary, or any related field.
∎ Good command in English, both verbal and written to meet business needs.
∎ Knowledgeable in HACCP and Food Safety Management System.
∎ Proactive, team player and with ability to work under pressure.
∎ Amenable to work in shifts.

Salary: Tk. 160000 - 200000 (Monthly)
