∎ HSC
∎ Training/Trade Course: Any cooking related education training will be essential

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Fast Food, Intercontinental

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Studying recipes and preparing high-quality dishes
∎ Cook menu items
∎ Preparation of Cooking materials for day's service
∎ Work quickly and accurately during busy periods
∎ Order suppliers to stock inventory appropriately
∎ Ensure that the food that is being served is of the highest quality, taste and freshness
∎ Train and develop supporting kitchen staff to ensure maximum output with minimum resources
∎ Check and maintain kitchen equipment regularly

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Proven working experience as a Chef/Cook
∎ Should be capable to do job independently
∎ Should have Up-to-date knowledge of cooking techniques and recipes.
