• Diploma or Degree in Culinary Arts, Hotel Management or Food Production.

• Specialized training or certification in Bangladeshi cuisine will be an added advantage.

• Expertise in preparing authentic Bangladeshi cuisine.

• In-depth knowledge of ingredients spices and traditional cooking techniques.

• Creativity in developing new recipes and enhancing menu variety.

• Strong team leadership and kitchen management skills.

• Good understanding of food safety hygiene and sanitation regulations.

• Ability to work under pressure and manage high-volume production efficiently.

• Excellent time management and organizational skills.

• Plan and prepare the daily Bangla food menu as per organizational standards.

• Cook and present traditional and modern Bangladeshi dishes consistently.

• Maintain taste quality and presentation of all Bangla food items.

• Innovate and develop new recipes and introduce creative dishes.

• Manage stock levels and raise indents for necessary ingredients and supplies.

• Ensure kitchen hygiene food safety and sanitation standards are maintained.

• Train supervise and manage kitchen staff to improve skills and efficiency.

• Control production costs and reduce wastage through proper resource utilization.
