• 10 years practical experience in private residences, catering, clubs, hotels, resorts, or restaurants.

Additional Requirements:

• Proven experience with certification from a recognized authority.
• Strong kitchen management skills.
• Physical stamina and resilience under pressure.
• Problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.·
• Ability to read and follow menu books and technical instructions.
