∎ At least 5 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Takes care of daily Bangla food preparation and duties assigned by the superiors to meet the standard and the quality set by the company.
∎ Follows the instructions and recommendations from the immediate superiors to complete the daily tasks.
∎ Plan and direct food preparation and culinary activities.
∎ Estimate food requirements and food/labor costs
∎ Supervise kitchen staff's activities.
∎ Arrange for equipment purchases and repair.
∎ Responsible to supervise junior chefs,
∎ Able to estimate the daily production needs and checking the quality of raw and cooked food products to ensure that standards are met.
∎ Ensure that the production, preparation and presentation of food are of the highest quality always.
∎ Knowledge of all standard procedures and policies pertaining to food preparation, receiving, storage and sanitation
∎ Follows good preservation standards for the proper handling of all food products at the right temperature.
∎ Ensure effective communication between staff by maintaining a secure and friendly working environment.
∎ Ability to produce own work in accordance with a deadline and to assist and encourage others in achieving this aim.
∎ Checks periodically expiry dates and proper storage of food items in the section.
∎ Daily feedback collection and reporting of issues as they arise.
∎ Carry out any other duties as required by management.
∎ Ability to proper maintaining of Refrigerator / Chiller and others kitchen instrument.
∎ Make employment and termination decisions.
∎ Assist in developing, planning and executing kitchen marketing, advertising, promotional activities and campaigns.
∎ Comply with nutrition and sanitation regulations and safety standards.
∎ Guides and trains the subordinates on a daily basis to ensure high motivation and on economic working environment.
∎ Daily checkup the raw material and ensure the materials is standard.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 20 to 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Excellent record of kitchen management
∎ Ability to spot and resolve problems efficiently
∎ Capable of delegating multiple tasks
∎ Good communication skills
∎ Keep up with cooking trends and best practices
∎ Working knowledge of various computer software programs (MS Office, restaurant management software, POS)

Salary: Negotiable
