Job Context:
∎ • Must be experienced in handling a team size of 8 - 10 persons
∎ • Has work experiences in Knit based Textile factory in a Managerial Position
∎ • Has a capability to be a partner with Operations head the ensure the smooth running in the company and handle Costing, accounting, commercial and tax aspects
∎ • Soft Skills : Self Motivations, Problem Solving, Time Management Skills
∎ • Age within 40 years
∎ • Language : Oral and Written drafting skill in English
Job Responsibilities:
∎ The position is responsible for providing analytical & operational support for the financial performance of the factory. Activities include management coordination, Highlighting financial impacts in operation area, financial planning, budgeting & forecasting, Variance analysis, and performance data review for the Garment factory
∎ • Arrange and creates Cost control and budgetary culture in the factory by giving budgetary projections. Monitor budgetary execution by measuring and analyzing what comes about, start remedial activities, and minimize the effect of variances.
∎ • Create organization prospects by examining financial patterns, Purchase negotiations and control over the expenses. Analyze organization operations and finding options for cost reduction. Suggest key result areas and set up useful goals in line with organizational goals.
∎ • Review daily / monthly financial reports including monthly profit and loss by budget vs. actual; Formulate Variance Analysis report of the Profit & Loss; Create and establish yearly financial objectives that align with the company's plan for growth and expansion.
∎ • Monitor and involve in the Production Efficiency and co-relate Production Efficiency with profit Forecast Efficiency. Involve and monitor the Capacity Planning and co-relate the Export Projection with the Cash Forecast.
∎ • Be able to do the pre Costing and compare with Post Costing with Variance Analysis for each Order. Be involved in the Waste Material Management and find tools to mitigate and manage wastage.
∎ • Any other assignments provided by the Management.
