Job Context:
∎ A group of Companies involved in the diversified business is looking for Chief Financial Officer (CFO) for Manufacturing, Real Estate, and Poultry & Hatchery Industry. The CFO is accountable for the financial & accounting and fund management operations of the company.
∎ The applicant must have work experience of more than 10 years in a reputed company out of which 3 to 5 years experience in a similar position.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Applicant should be capable of maintaining/handling the entire Accounts & Finance of the company including banking functions independently.
∎ Assist in formulating the company's future direction and supporting tactical initiatives.
∎ Check, confirm and report on the activities of the Accounts & Finance department to ensure proper planning, budgeting, and Return.
∎ Control and report on the daily and monthly activities and total activities of Inventory management, commercial activities
∎ Report and suggest for the production, Sales, and financial forecasting of the company
∎ Maintain proper cost record and determine material cost, labor cost, factory overhead, and Work in Process.
∎ Control and report on total import, export, and banking activities of the company
∎ Required Vast Knowledge of Tax, VAT, Company Law etc.
∎ Report financial results & Risk issues to the Managing Director and Director.
∎ Ensure that record keeping meets the requirements of Auditors and Government agencies.
∎ Manage the fund for investment with specific plan & budget.
∎ Cost control, reduce the lapses and wastage in all depts. of the organization and make the company one of the most profitable.
∎ Monitor all open Legal issues involving the company, and Legal issues affecting the industry.
∎ Monitor Cash balances and Cash forecasts.
∎ Maintain appropriate insurance coverage.
∎ Forecast monthly budget and projected financial statements.
∎ Collaborate with senior management team on organizational planning and decision making.
∎ Oversee organizational procurement, payroll, and contracts functions and ensure best practices and efficiency.
∎ Responsible for providing accurate and fully compliant financial information to the banking partners, external auditors and other external agencies as & when required.
∎ Will have to conduct other duties and activities which usually associated with such position and shall have to perform such duties as requested by the Company Management.
∎ Carry out any other task assigned from time to time by the Management.

∎ Proven ability to work within a fast-paced, high-change environment.
∎ Very high levels of stamina and the ability to concentrate on the most complex and challenging issues with minimal support.
∎ Legal & Administrative knowledge will be treated as an additional qualifications.
∎ Fluent in writing & speaking in English.
∎ Experience of working in an ERP environment.
∎ He must be fluent in English and must be capable to speak with foreigners fluently.
∎ Well conversant with computer knowledge (MS Office & Internet).
