Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Plan, supervise, and monitor daily program activities in the branch area
∎ Ensure that organization activities are implemented on time and as per guidelines
∎ Support workers community mobilization and outreach efforts
∎ Coordinate with local stakeholders and authorities
∎ Lead and supervise field staff, workers leaders, and facilitators
∎ Conduct regular team meetings and monitor performance
∎ Identify staff capacity-building needs and report to head office
∎ Manage day-to-day operations of the branch office
∎ Maintain attendance records, meeting minutes, and office supplies
∎ Ensure a safe, inclusive, and functional office environment
∎ Manage petty cash and keep records of expenses
∎ Ensure accurate documentation of financial transactions
∎ Submit financial reports and bills to the central finance team regularly
∎ Prepare and submit weekly/monthly progress reports to the head office
∎ Maintain regular communication with program and management teams
∎ Document field challenges, case stories, and community feedback
∎ Build relationships with local leaders, government offices, and partners
∎ Represent the NGO in local meetings, forums, and events
∎ Ensure that workers community voices are heard and reflected in program planning
