Job Context:

∎ Setting new multinational standards for commercial Services, Safety, Security, Design and amenities, I-K TOWER is looking for a multinational-experienced CCTV TECHNICIAN to ensure its Security Services and reputation meet the highest commercial standards of its owners and clientele.
∎ I-K TOWER is looking for an energetic, ambitious and self-motivated individual for immediate appointment to fulfill the position of CCTV TECHNICIAN, who will report directly to the I-K TOWER Owners` Association, as follows:
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Monitor and Manage Building 24/7 CCTV System, Ensuring proper CCTV surveillance
∎ Monitor and report Building Security Staff post absence, non-performance, incidents, risks, etc.
∎ Monitor and promptly report any parking management incidents, problems
∎ Ensure and Monitor authorized building entry and access of all employees, guests
∎ Monitor and promptly report any cleaning management non-performance, problems, litter, etc.
∎ Report any unauthorized entry of persons into or incidents within/outside Building immediately
∎ Supervise security and report to Chairman for all responsibility
∎ Prepare daily reports of all Building Security related problems; and liaise with owners
∎ Respond to resolve building maintenance problems professionally, promptly and efficiently
∎ Schedule maintenance for fire hydrant hose pipe and system
∎ Develop and implement security, CCTV, Parking, Cleaning and others SOPS
∎ Ensure all CCTV equipment works properly without disruption and report any technical problems
∎ Monitor and operate the CCTV cameras and associated equipment in the CCTV Control Room
∎ Follow protocols for maintaining the security of the CCTV Control Room and its facilities
∎ Operate a range of remote call monitoring, alarms and communication facilities within the Control Room
∎ Any other duties which are equal or similar to the responsibility level and the grade of the post
Additional Requirements:
∎ 3 - 5 Years working experience; CCTV Surveillance System Training / Course will be given preference
