JOB OPPORTUNITY: CHAT SUPPORT EXECUTIVE

We are seeking energetic and skilled individuals for our international Chat Support project. This is a purely non-voice (chat-based) role where you will be communicating directly with American customers.

Position Details:

  • Position: Chat Support Executive

  • Work Type: Full-time (Currently remote, transitioning to an office-based role within 2-3 months)

Key Requirements:

  • Mandatory: A personal laptop in good working condition.

  • Communication: Excellent written English communication skills for chatting with US clients.

  • Skills: Fast English typing speed and the ability to multitask.

  • Tools: Proficiency in Google Sheets is required.

Shift Schedule & Leave:

  • Shifts: 8 hours per shift. You must be willing to work on a roster basis across 3 shifts:

  • Morning: 6:00 AM – 2:00 PM

  • Day: 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM

  • Night: 10:00 PM – 6:00 AM

  • Leave: 1 day off per month.

Salary Structure:

  • Months 1-2 (Remote): BDT 17,000 per month.

  • Month 3+ (Remote): BDT 19,000 per month.

  • Once Office-based: BDT 22,000 per month.

  • After 6 Months: BDT 23,500 per month + Performance Bonus.

Training & Selection Process:

  • There will be a 5-day unpaid training period.

  • A test will be conducted after the 5th day.

  • Upon passing the test, your job will be confirmed, and your salary/duty count will begin.
