Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor's or Master's degree in commerce.
∎ Having 2 years working experience in Cash Accounts.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 2 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ The incumbent will be responsible for receiving patients' bills, preparation of petty cash voucher and payment, maintain unpaid salary register. The incumbent will be also responsible for official outside work as per instruction of Manager, Finance & Accounts. The incumbent will greet all patients/attendants/visitors and determine their need courteously.
∎ The incumbent's work will be in rotating shift including night duties.
∎ The job responsibility of Cash Accounts Officer may be changed any time for requisite of hospital.
∎ You will also require to perform any other jobs as advised by the Departmental Head or other superior authority.
∎ Receipts of patients bills
∎ Reconciliation of daily cash collection and deposit to bank
∎ Preparation of petty cash voucher and payment
∎ Payment of cash salary, unpaid salary O.T etc
∎ Maintain unpaid salary register
∎ Cash purchase of medicine as a member of local purchase team
∎ Works a messenger for signing cheque, attend bank and Tax office's /Bangladesh bank.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 22 to 32 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Practical experience in Computer (MS Word, Excel, Power Point) is must
∎ Working experience in hospital & knowledge of HIS software may be given preference.
Salary: Tk. 18000 (Monthly)
