Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Key Responsibilities: Conduct individual and group career counselling sessions to assist students in exploring career options, setting goals, and developing action plans. Administer career assessments and tools to help students identify their interests, skills, and personality traits relevant to career choices. Research and provide up-to-date information on various career paths, educational programs, and employment opportunities. Collaborate with teachers, parents, and external stakeholders to enhance career development initiatives and resources within the school. Organize career-related workshops, seminars, and events to promote career awareness and readiness among students. Maintain accurate records of student interactions, career assessments, and progress towards career goals. Stay informed about trends and developments in the fields of education, employment, and career counselling.
