Job Description: We are seeking a skilled and organized Canteen Manager to oversee the daily operations of our company canteen. The ideal candidate will ensure efficient food service operations, maintain high standards of food quality and hygiene, and manage a team of kitchen and serving staff. This role requires strong managerial skills, attention to detail, and a customer-focused mindset.
Responsibilities:
Plan and coordinate daily operations of the canteen.
Manage inventory levels and order supplies as needed.
Supervise kitchen staff and ensure they adhere to sanitation and safety standards.
Monitor food preparation and cooking processes to ensure compliance with quality standards.
Develop and maintain menus that are cost-effective and cater to diverse preferences.
Handle customer inquiries and resolve any complaints promptly.
Train and motivate staff to provide excellent customer service.
Maintain records of inventory, supplies, and equipment.
