Job Context:
∎ Intermediate, Graduation or suitable equivalent.
∎ Fluent in Hindi Language
∎ Should have Basic Knowledge of Computers
∎ Extensive experience in working in a Call Center ( Preferable)
∎ Identify customers` needs, clarify information, research every issue and provide solutions and/or alternatives.
∎ Manage large outbound calls in a timely manner.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Intermediate, Graduation or suitable equivalent.
∎ Fluent in Hindi Language
∎ Should have Basic Knowledge of Computers
∎ Extensive experience in working in a Call Center ( Preferable)
∎ Identify customers' needs, clarify information, research every issue and provide solutions and/or alternatives.
∎ Manage large outbound calls in a timely manner.
