Job Context:
∎ Kaizen Industries Ltd. 100% export-oriented Ready made garments manufacturer is looking for a dynamic & highly potential professional as a Pattern Master who is able to make measurements with grading, Pattern Marker, consumption, sketch sheet, Tech-pack, technical advice to sample man, merchandising team, factory production team members.
∎ The incumbent must be experienced in Pattern Designing by Auto Cad Software and have enough knowledge in Fashion and Textiles production.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Fabric consumption, Pattern, and Marker making in CAD (Optitex/Winda Gerber/Lectra Software)
∎ Responsible for all kinds of Sample Measurement charts preparing and Grading accordingly.
∎ Excellent technical skills in creating Tec packs including Sewing, Printing, Embroidery, and accessories placement sketch.
∎ Ensure Fitting, especially Knit and Woven Garments.
∎ Garments Design and Fashion sense with an understanding of the latest fashion trends.
∎ Must be a team player.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 20 to 40 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ The candidate must have experience measuring, cutting, and designing patterns in the material required;
∎ Proficient with computer drafting software including CAD.
∎ Experience with measuring, snipping, milling, and cutting tools.
∎ Ability to work to a deadline.
∎ Physically fit and able to stand for long periods.
