∎ Age 25 to 35 years
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Working with the principal Architects / Engineering team to prepare Architectural plans, sections, elevations, detailed construction/interior drawings in AutoCAD.
∎ Interact with engineers and designers to quickly and accurately create drawings during design process.
∎ Maintain drawing files and coordinate document distribution to customer, job site, and vendors.
∎ Prepare drawings used in the layout, construction, and operation in systematic processes.
∎ To preparing Architectural working details drawings for construction & having experiences in preparing high-rise & mixed use building working details.
∎ Experience in RAJUK sheet preparing & have very sound knowledge in FAR calculation.
∎ Perform other duties as assigned by the superiors.
∎ Meet deadlines and work well under pressure.
