∎ Bachelor/Honors, Masters
∎ Master of Commerce (MCom), Master of Business Administration (MBA), Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA)
∎ M.Com/ MBS/ MBA/BBA/ Honours from a reputed University.

∎ Age 25 to 40 years
∎ Requirements may be relaxed for well experienced candidates.
∎ Excellent presentation & communication skill in Bangla & English is required.
∎ Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
∎ Computer literate/user with adequate working experience in MS office.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ To work under a sales team.
∎ To help achieve the Sales Target of the Company.
∎ Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients.
∎ Lead proposal development, client communication, and contract negotiations.
∎ Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and social media.
∎ Meeting customers regularly and ensuring the achievement of a high standard of customer satisfaction.
∎ Sales reporting, attendance, office discipline and on time respond to company needs.
∎ Ensuring deadlines and targets are achieved whilst maintaining a high quality of service.
∎ Ability to multi-task and manage time efficiently.
∎ Collaborate with internal teams to develop proposals and marketing strategies.
∎ To co-ordinate with cross functional team for relevant inputs and resolve customers issues.
