Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Outreach for outside doctors visit and doctors hunt
∎ Technical person hunt.
∎ Establish and maintain strong relationships with key partners, including healthcare providers, insurers, and other stakeholders in the healthcare industry.
∎ Represent KEPZ Trust Hospital & CYNC at industry events and conferences to promote the organization and build relationships with potential partners.
∎ Assessing the client feedback, evaluating areas of improvement with regular analysis for evolving newer growth patterns of the brand.
∎ Ensure the safety of team members from any harm, abuse, neglect, harassment, and exploitation to achieve the program's goals of safeguarding implementation.
∎ Act as a key source of support, guidance, and expertise on safeguarding for establishing a safe working environment.
∎ Practice, promote and endorse the issues of safeguarding policy among team members and ensure the implementation of safeguarding standards in every course of action.·
∎ Follow the safeguarding reporting procedure in case any reportable incident takes place, and encourage others to do so
∎ Any other task assigned by authority.
