Job Context:
∎ SAMS Global Solutions ltd. is a UK-based EdTech providing industry-leading software solutions for the study abroad agencies and the higher education (HE) industry around the world.
∎ The Admission wing of SAMS Global known as SAMS Apply Services is currently looking for a self-driven, career focused, dedicated candidate for the position of Business Development Officer to expand its services in Bangladesh.
∎ This position requires an outstanding knowledge on Study Abroad Industry and if you have been an experienced candidate, this is a great opportunity to join a big team.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Visiting the local agents in Bangladesh to promote SAMS Apply Services.
∎ Signing them up for SAMS Apply Portal and getting them on- board with proper training.
∎ Visiting existing clients and ensuring post-signed up services and supports.
∎ Setting up application targets for clients and assuring them necessary support to achieve them.
∎ Building and preserving trusting and positive relationships with the clients.
∎ Ensuring customer complaints are resolved quickly and efficiently.
∎ Coordinating between SAMS CRM Sales / Training team and Clients to arrange training on SAMS CRM where needed.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
∎ Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel & PowerPoint.
∎ Ability to negotiate with clients.
∎ Ability to work under pressure.
∎ Good work ethics.
∎ Please note: Candidates will be expected to commit to a 2-year contract term once completing successfully the probation period.
