Job Responsibilities:
∎ The prime function of this role is to obtain new business, create new opportunities and increase revenue both in the United Kingdom and possibly in Bangladesh where possible.
∎ Build on lead generations and understand what lead generations are. Able to understand the marketing process.
∎ You will need to make calls to potential Client's as well as setting up a meeting to discuss the IT solutions we have in offer. Targets would be set out per month that you would need to achieve. Develop professional relationships with a corporate/enterprise level client base through prospecting, networking, cold calling and site visits.
∎ Ensure that all Sales lead are followed up with calls and emails. Regular contribution on Stackoverflow, twitter, business blog, and other social media platforms. Targets would be set per month.
∎ This role requires a self-starting attitude with the ability of being highly organised and self-managed.
∎ Dealing with clients at all levels in a confident manner and have the ability to grasp new opportunities as they are presented.
∎ The successful candidate should have a can-do attitude and a proven track record of sales closure in a corporate sales environment.
∎ Key Responsibilities:
∎ Pro-actively generate new business opportunities.
∎ Must develop core propositions and generate new business leads from own initiative and existing customer base.
∎ Generate a substantial sales opportunity pipeline to achieve sales targets as defined by the business.
∎ Produce customer-specific proposals and attend customer meetings or presentations.
∎ Manage the sales process from initial opportunity through to the securing of the client purchase order and ensure successful project delivery.
∎ Attend and contribute to sales meetings.
∎ To develop and maintain knowledge and experience of relevant technologies.
∎ Update the management team on a weekly basis ensuring clear development and targets being met.
∎ Working week: Saturday to Thursday. 10am to 7pm. 1 hour lunch.
∎ 21 holidays annually after 6 months joining. This includes Government and public holidays.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 25 years

Salary:
∎ Tk. 15000 - 25000 (Monthly)
∎ Salary Review: Yearly
Festival Bonus: 2 (Yearly)
Working week: Saturday to Thursday. 10am to 7pm. 1 hour lunch.
21 holidays annually after 6 months joining. This includes Government and public holidays.
