Responsibilities & Context:

• Develop and manage product portfolios by setting clear sales targets and strategies in collaboration with top management.

• Track and analyse product performance regularly to ensure business targets are achieved and profitability is maintained.

• Maintain optimal stock levels through effective PSI (Purchase–Sales–Inventory) analysis, coordination with PM & commercial teams, and proactive demand planning.

• Strengthen market presence by frequently visiting branches and IT markets nationwide to gather insights, monitor competition, and identify new growth opportunities.

• Collaborate with principal and brand teams to design and execute campaigns, promotions, and rebate programs that support business objectives.

• Build strong relationships with Tier 1 and Tier 2 dealers and partners to increase sales volume and loyalty.

• Identify workflow improvements to enhance process efficiency and support the company’s overall operational excellence.

• Research emerging technologies and brands to explore new opportunities for business expansion.

• Prepare and present reports, proposals, and presentations for internal and principal meetings.
