Responsibilities & Context:
Haier Biomedical, a global leader in the biomedical cold chain industry covering the full range from -196°C to +8°C, is looking for a dynamic leader to spearhead its market entry and expansion in Bangladesh.
The successful candidate will be responsible for establishing our brand presence, building key relationships with hospitals, diagnostic centers, and vaccine distributors, and driving sales of our complete product portfolio
a. Develop and execute a comprehensive business plan to penetrate the Bangladeshi medical and pharmaceutical market.
b. Lead direct sales efforts for Haier Biomedical’s product range.
c. Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in government health departments, private hospital chains, and Pharmaceuticals.
d. Represent the company at industry exhibitions and conduct product demonstrations to showcase our technology and value proposition.
e. Provide regular market intelligence, competitor analysis, and sales forecasts to the regional management team.
f. Collaborate with technical service teams to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and after-sales support.
