Job Summary:
The Business Coordinator role involves a blend of administrative, research, and client-facing tasks, all aimed at identifying new business opportunities, nurturing relationships, and supporting the broader business development and sales teams. The coordinator is a critical link between market research, lead generation, and the execution of growth strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
Market Research:
Conduct in-depth market research to identify new business opportunities, emerging market trends, and competitive landscapes within the real estate sector.
Identify and qualify potential clients, investors, and partners through various channels, including online research, networking events, and industry databases.
Maintain and update a database of prospective and existing clients, ensuring all information is accurate and up-to-date in the company’s CRM system.
Sales and Relationship Support:
Assist the Business Development and sales teams in developing and executing sales strategies to meet or exceed targets.
Assist in the preparation of presentations, proposals, and contracts for potential clients and partners.
Support the coordination of meetings, events, and conferences to promote the company's brand and network with key stakeholders.
Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients, real estate agents, and other industry professionals.
Administrative and Reporting:
Prepare regular reports on sales performance, pipeline status, and market trends for management.
Coordinate, Follow-up and distribution of business development and marketing materials, such as brochures, email templates, and other promotional content.
Handle administrative tasks related to business development activities, including scheduling, correspondence, and document management.
Collaboration and Communication:
Collaborate with Company heads, CROs, CBOs, Head of Sales and other departments, including marketing, legal, and operations, to ensure a unified approach to business objectives.
Provide feedback to the head of CSO and senior management based on market interactions and research to help shape future strategies.
Assist in the onboarding of new business development team members, sharing knowledge and resources.
