Job Context:
∎ As a business analyst, your job will be to use data to recommend ways for businesses to run more efficiently, and you`ll need to gather and analyze data to develop and study viable solutions.
∎ You must have solid knowledge and expertise in understanding the implications of changes.As you will be playing a vital role in providing solutions and implementing new procedures.You`ll also serve as a link between business concepts and implementation.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ At Quantanite, your work will directly contribute to us achieving our long term ambitions. Your key responsibilities will include:
∎ Leading ongoing reviews of business processes
∎ Performing requirements analysis.
∎ Conducting meetings and presentations to share ideas and findings.
∎ Documenting and communicating the results
∎ Effectively communicating your insights and plans to cross-functional team members and management.
∎ Gathering critical information from meetings with various stakeholders and producing useful reports.
∎ Working closely with operational, WFM, QA and managerial staff.
∎ Ensuring solutions meet business needs and requirements.
∎ Managing projects, developing project plans, and monitoring performance.
∎ Updating, implementing, and maintaining procedures.
∎ Serving as a liaison between stakeholders and users.
∎ Monitoring deliverables and ensuring timely completion of projects.

Additional Requirements:
∎ A Graduate either from Business or IT background.
∎ A minimum of 5 years of experience in business analysis or a related field.
∎ Exceptional analytical and conceptual thinking skills.
∎ Excellent documentation skills.
∎ Experience creating detailed reports and giving presentations.
∎ Excellent planning, organizational, and time management skills.
∎ Person with disability are encouraged to apply
