Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Initiate Meetings with stakeholders to understand their requirements.
∎ Create detailed documentation of business processes and requirements.
∎ Identify gaps between current processes and desired outcomes. · Develop a blueprint outlining the SAP BI system’s design and configuration for FI module.
∎ Customize prototypes to validate configurations with stakeholders.
∎ Develop prototypes to validate configurations with stakeholders
∎ Develop comprehensive test plans and test cases
∎ Conduct unit testing to ensure individual components function correctly
∎ perform integration testing to verify that different modules work together seamlessly
∎ Facilitate UAT with end-users to ensure the system meets their needs
∎ Execute data migration from old system too SAP B1 after planning·
∎ Oversee the go-live process, ensuring a smooth transition to the new system·
∎ Provide immediate support post-implementation to address any issues.
∎ Conduct training programs for end-users.
∎ Create user manuals and other documentation to support users.
∎ Continuously monitor the system’s performance and gather user feedback
∎ Identify areas for improvement and implement changes to optimize processes.
∎ Keep the system updated with the latest SAP B1 releases and patches.
∎ Any other task assigned by the management.
