∎ Solid understanding of healthcare economics, reimbursement mechanisms, and regulatory landscape.
∎ Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and other analytical tools.
∎ Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

∎ Implement cost control measures and monitor expenses to optimize resource allocation and maximize profitability.
∎ Perform cost allocations and develop methodologies to accurately attribute costs to different departments or projects.
∎ Conduct benchmarking studies to assess the company's performance relative to industry standards and identify areas for improvement.
∎ Analyze profit margins and financial performance to identify opportunities for revenue growth and cost optimization.
∎ Collaborate with cross-functional teams including finance, operations, and marketing to gather data and insights for analysis.
∎ Prepare reports and presentations summarizing key findings, insights, and recommendations for senior management.
∎ Stay abreast of industry trends, regulatory changes, and competitive dynamics to inform business strategies and decision-making.
∎ Continuously seek opportunities to enhance processes, tools, and methodologies to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of business analysis activities.
