Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze user requirements for the digital health application, considering both functional and financial aspects.
∎ Utilize Python and SQL to extract, transform, and analyze large datasets to derive actionable insights and support decision-making.
∎ Develop financial models and forecasts to evaluate the potential impact of product changes, pricing strategies, and market trends.
∎ Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for differentiation in the digital health space.
∎ Translate business requirements into clear and actionable user stories, use cases, and functional specifications for the development team.
∎ Work closely with design and development teams to ensure alignment between business requirements and technical implementation.
∎ Support the product development lifecycle, including sprint planning, backlog grooming, and user acceptance testing.
∎ Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to user engagement, retention, and revenue generation to assess product performance.
∎ Analyze user feedback, conduct surveys, and perform usability testing to gather insights and validate product features.
∎ Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to develop go-to-market strategies and support product launches.
∎ Assist with the development of product documentation, training materials, and support resources.
∎ Stay updated on industry trends, regulatory requirements, and emerging technologies in digital health and finance.
