Educational Requirements:
∎ Graduate in Finance/ Accounting from reputed University.
∎ Professional Qualification (CA/CMA/CFA) would be an added advantage.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 6 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Establish & manage appropriate financial and accounting standards & controls,
∎ Develop & consolidate budget and manage the forecasting processes,
∎ Ongoing review of spend vs actual, and reporting of variances,
∎ Provide financial guidance and educate Change Teams fulfilling key Project roles,
∎ Review business cases & work directly with Finance teams to ensure benefits are adequately defined, have been based on sound assumptions and are expected to be realized
∎ Monitor and manage change expenditure, examining areas where budgets and expenditure exceed agreed tolerance,
∎ Ensure that any financial risks, issues and dependencies are properly documented, reported and actively managed, proposing appropriate actions and accompanied by effective communication throughout the process,
∎ Prepare & present regular financial reporting up to and including Board level,
∎ Ensure compliance with various relevant regulatory policies and guidelines.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Minimum 6-8 years of relevant work experience in core finance,
∎ Highly numerate with developed quantitative capabilities,
∎ Advanced skills in MS-Excel,
∎ Demonstrable financial modelling and evaluation skills are critical,
∎ Being able to influence and challenge effectively at a senior level,
∎ Ability to work cross-functionally and collaboratively,
∎ Knowledge of relevant laws & regulations.
