Job Responsibilities:
∎ The Registrar will be responsible for registering all pregnant and lactating women (PLW) attending the nutrition center programs TSFP and BSFP respective. The registrar will record the anthropometric measurements into the approved Nutrition Sector beneficiary cards and register as well as ensuring safe record keeping of beneficiary information. She will ensure that the registers are kept neat at all time and that the recordings are well legible and correctly reflecting the same information in the beneficiary’s cards. She will coordinate with the outreach team to ensure home visit/follow up visits for the beneficiaries who required as per the standard criteria. She will assist Nutrition Supervisor and other program team to compile weekly/monthly reports, and other program reports. She will be responsible to perform other activities requested by her supervisor based on project need.
∎ Main duties & responsibilities:
∎ To fill up and complete Nutrition Sector provided registers and beneficiary cards of TSFP/BSFP PLW components accurately and neatly, asking caregivers questions as per the information required in the register.
∎ To oversee accurate recording of measurements and beneficiary information and cross check between register book and beneficiary card.
∎ Support linkages to other services, particularly the IYCF Corners- Encouraging lactating mothers to use the IYCF corners.
∎ Ensure follow up home visit for the required beneficiaries with support and coordinating with outreach team and keep the proper documentation.
∎ Ensure that services are delivered with maximum efficiency and professionalism and that beneficiaries are treated with respect at all times
∎ Ensure that caregivers understand the information on their progress as recorded in the cards.
∎ Encourage caregivers to come to the site at every return date including reminding them on the next return date as recorded in the take home cards.
∎ Ensure IFA distribution among PLW beneficiaries after checking ANC/PNC card
∎ Enable a friendly collaborative working culture within the team, actively sharing information and knowledge to enable the team to ensure effective learning and sharing across the team.
∎ Support to prepare and compile monthly and weekly report and capturing the best practices.
∎ Be aware of, understand and comply with all of ESDO’s policies and procedures.
∎ Undertake other related duties as may reasonably be assigned by the line

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 45 years
∎ Only females are allowed to apply

∎ Around 1-2 years’ progressive experience in a similar/related activities. (For highly technical candidates, experience is considerable).
∎ Technical knowledge on CMAM, IYCF & CMAMI and SBCC.
∎ Having good knowledge on Rohingya refugee programmes will add value.
∎ Demonstrate ability to think and manage strategically, plan and meet deadlines.
∎ Only Female candidates are eligible as they will work closely with Mothers, Adolescents and other female group of program participants.
∎ Good command and fluency over Rohingya language/Chittagong dialect (Local Dialect).
∎ Pro- active with an ability to think analytically, identifying opportunities and mechanisms to broaden programming.
∎ Results oriented.
∎ Excellent planning and organizational skills.
∎ Ability to problem solve and good decision making and communication skills.
∎ Strong team player.
∎ Ability to work in challenging environments.
∎ Good knowledge on Nutrition and SBCC.
∎ Good communication and facilitation skills.

∎ Must have a ‘hands on’, practical mentality, be self-driven and very self-motivated.

∎ Cultural and political sensitivity.

Salary: Tk. 40000 (Monthly)
