Responsibilities & Context:
Prepare Strategic Marketing Plan for the assigned portfolio and formulate Marketing Plan for the assigned brands.
Design effective promotional campaigns to achieve the target of assigned products and provide promotional support timely & monitor the output of promotional campaign.
Monitor competitors' activities regularly and provide strategic guidelines and analytical support to Sales Forces on assigned brands.
Conduct training and development program for Sales Forces.
Propose & launch new products considering market demand and business potentiality.
Arrange and conduct Medico-Marketing Campaigns like Clinical Meeting, Seminars etc.
