Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Oversee the daily operations of the flagship showroom, the Concept Store ensuring a seamless and luxurious customer experience.
∎ Lead, mentor, and develop a team of sales associates and support staff, fostering a high-performance culture.
∎ Ensure all customers receive exceptional service that meets and exceeds international luxury retail standards.
∎ Manage inventory, ordering, and logistics to maintain optimal stock levels.
∎ Manage credit operations, ensuring adherence to company credit policies and procedures.
∎ Take ownership of hire purchase agreements, overseeing the timely collection of payments.
∎ Resolve customer complaints and issues promptly, maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
∎ Develop and execute sales strategies to drive showroom performance and achieve revenue targets.
∎ Identify new business opportunities and develop relationships with key stakeholders and high-end customers.
∎ Maintain an immaculate and visually appealing showroom that reflects the luxury status of the brand.
∎ Collaborate with marketing and merchandising teams to implement effective promotional activities and displays.
∎ Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and standards.
