Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Receive sales proceeds and deposit the same with bank after checking documents reconciled across Official documents.
∎ Responsible for recording financial transactions in ERP system.
∎ Deals with bounced cheque as per procedure.
∎ Responsible for generating and submitting different reports including collection, expenses and any other requested by Management.
∎ Responsible for depositing VAT and submission of return.
∎ Responsible for salary and allowances payment to non-management & contractual employees and maintain proper documentation.
