Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 3 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible for running the BMS system software and operating it effectively.
∎ Responsible for effectively running various sensors and trouble shooting of BMS system parameter such as energy meter, BTU meter, various switch, sensor, pump, motor maintenance and basic trouble shooting.
∎ Ensuring effective CC camera operation and troubleshooting in Grameen Caledonian College of Nursing (GCCN).
∎ Responsible for effectively and efficiently operating the building maintenance by providing 24/7 support.
∎ Supervision of installation, testing, operations and maintenance activities in Grameen Caledonian College of Nursing (GCCN).
∎ Investigating and recommending technology and / or process changes to facilitate cost savings and continuous capacity improvement in Grameen Caledonian College of Nursing (GCCN).
∎ Coordinate with all other relevant functional Departments of Corporate office.
∎ Handle multiple tasks / troubleshooting of modern operational machines in GCCN.
∎ Provide support in training and guiding concerned engineers and technicians for implementing the department goals.
∎ Responsible for taking care of all Electrical issues / maintenance and utilities connections in Grameen Caledonian College of Nursing (GCCN).
∎ Assist in preparing the required documents of various billing preparations, etc, of the building.
∎ Any other task assigned by the concerned authority.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 35 years
∎ Must have relevant knowledge of BMS system software and also know how to operate the software.
∎ Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
∎ Good interpersonal and communication skills.
