Responsibilities & Context:
∎ This role ensures accurate and timely billing for patients and healthcare providers.
∎ The Billing Associate will collaborate with teams to streamline billing operations, resolve billing   issues, and provide support to management teams as needed.
∎ Prepare and issue accurate patient statements for diagnostic tests, services.
∎ Maintain accurate records of invoices, payments, insurance claims, and patient accounts.
∎ Ensure the accuracy of patient information and billing data.
∎ Prepare daily/ monthly billing reports for management review.
∎ Perform any other task assigned by the supervisor/department head/project head or by the management.
∎ Provide clear and accurate information regarding billing policies and payment procedures
