Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor degree in any discipline
∎ Skills Required: Classroom management, Communication in English, Computer skill, Differentiated Instruction, Lesson Plan Writing
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Develop and deliver comprehensive Bengali language lessons.
∎ Teach students about Bengali culture, history, and literature.
∎ Encourage active participation and engagement in Bengali language activities.
∎ Assess and evaluate students' language skills and progress.
∎ Create a multicultural and inclusive learning environment.
∎ Collaborate with colleagues to integrate Bengali culture into the curriculum.
∎ Communicate with parents and guardians regarding students' progress.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 22 years
∎ Proficiency in Bengali and a strong command of the language's grammar and structure.
∎ Passion for Bengali language and culture.
∎ Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
∎ Ability to create engaging and culturally enriching lesson plans.
Salary: Negotiable
