Responsibilities & Context:

Key Responsibilities

• Maintenance & Repair: Performing routine preventative maintenance (lubrication, part replacement, cleaning) to minimize downtime, and repairing hydraulic, pneumatic, and mechanical systems.

• Troubleshooting & Diagnosis: Utilizing diagnostic tools (e.g., thermal imaging, vibration analysis) to identify malfunctions and conducting root cause analysis on failed equipment.

• Installation & Setup: Installing new machinery, upgrading existing systems, and testing equipment to ensure it meets operating specifications.

• Documentation & Reporting: Maintaining accurate logs of maintenance activities, parts used, and repairs performed, often using computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS).

• Safety Compliance: Adhering strictly to safety protocols, including Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) procedures, and using appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).

• Technical Support: Interpreting technical manuals, blueprints, and schematic diagrams to troubleshoot complex issues.

• Maintenance & Repair: Troubleshoot malfunctioning machinery, wiring, and electrical components, replacing parts as necessary.

• Installation: Install new wiring, lighting, control panels, and electrical systems according to blueprints
