Educational Requirements:
∎ Graduation/ Post Graduation degree from reputed institution/ CA Intermediate.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 3 to 5 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Maintain all warehouse inventory
∎ Correct processing of related documentation
∎ Research and complete analysis of lost/ghost product
∎ Monitor stock counts in all areas by brand code, control group and quantity
∎ Maintains a high level of quality in work performed
∎ Performs other duties as assigned. The individual in this position must be capable of performing all of the essential functions.
∎ Compare inventories to office records or computes figures from records such as sales orders, production records or PO's to obtain current inventory.
∎ Verifies clerical computations against physical count of stock and adjust errors in computation or count, or
∎ Conduct weekly random audits on order fillers and shipping and receiving.
∎ Ability to work within set time frames and fixed deadlines.
∎ Participate in the audit process including the execution of each field inventory audit.
∎ Assist in Reporting and in Post-Audit Follow-up.
∎ Review and investigate daily reports directed.
∎ Develop/understand the overall business and the relationships between departments in order to better understand how they impact inventory and inventory integrity.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Having 03-05 years continuous working experience in the related area in a reputed organization
∎ Should have experience Yarn, Knitting Fabrics and Dyeing Fabrics.
∎ Basic to intermediate computer skills with an emphasis on MS Word, Excel and Access
∎ Become proficient with concepts and procedures described in the procedure manuals for inventory
∎ Monitors department stock daily to provide tracking mechanisms, accuracy, and knowledge of the materials management system
